This Easter Bunny Spinach Dip is a fun and festive appetizer perfect for your holiday gathering! A creamy, cheesy spinach dip is baked inside a golden crescent roll bunny, making it as delicious as it is adorable. This easy-to-make dish is sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Make the spinach dip: Squeeze out excess moisture from thawed spinach. In a pan over medium heat, combine spinach, mozzarella, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until hot and well combined.
  • Prepare the bunny shape: Roll out crescent roll dough into thin ropes and cut into smaller pieces. Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet to form a bunny shape.
  • Fill and top: Spoon the warm spinach dip into the bunny-shaped dough, ensuring some goes into the ears. Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
  • Bake for 18 minutes, or until the crescent roll dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Serve warm and enjoy by pulling apart the crescent rolls to scoop up the creamy dip!

Notes

  • Swap the spinach: Use artichokes instead for an artichoke dip variation.
  • Add extra cheese: Try adding cheddar or cream cheese for more creaminess.
  • Storage: Store leftover dip in the fridge for 2-3 days. The crescent rolls will soften over time.
  • Reheating: Warm the dip in the microwave or on the stove and serve with fresh crescent rolls.
