The Dr. Pepper Fireball Shots offer a bold and spicy twist on your typical shot. Combining the deep, sweet flavor of Dr. Pepper with the fiery cinnamon kick of Fireball, these shots are a fun and flavorful way to spice up your next gathering.

Ingredients

1 cup Dr. Pepper soda

1 cup Fireball Cinnamon soda

Ice cubes

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for garnish)

1/4 teaspoon sugar (for garnish)

Optional: cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace and gather all the ingredients needed for the Dr. Pepper Fireball Shots.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice cubes to chill the mixture properly.
  3. Pour 1 cup of Dr. Pepper soda into the shaker or mixing glass over the ice.
  4. Add 1 cup of Fireball Cinnamon soda to the shaker or mixing glass with the Dr. Pepper.
  5. Secure the lid on the shaker tightly, if using, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. If using a mixing glass, stir gently but thoroughly.
  6. Once the mixture is well combined and chilled, remove the lid from the shaker or carefully lift the mixing glass.
  7. Prepare shot glasses by placing them on the counter or a flat surface.
  8. Using a strainer or pouring directly from the shaker or mixing glass, carefully pour the Dr. Pepper and Fireball mixture evenly into the shot glasses.
  9. In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon and sugar. Mix until well blended.
  10. Sprinkle a small amount of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of each shot glass as a garnish.
  11. For an optional touch, place a cinnamon stick in each shot glass for garnish and added flavor.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.

Notes

  • These shots are best served immediately after preparation, as the soda loses its fizz if stored.
  • If you prefer a stronger version, add a shot of Fireball whiskey to the mix.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace Fireball Cinnamon soda with regular Dr. Pepper.
  • Crushed ice can be used instead of ice cubes, but ice cubes are preferred for a slower melt.
  • The shots can be pre-mixed and refrigerated for up to 24 hours, but the fizz may diminish.
