Ingredients

1 1/4 cup dill pickle sandwich chips, chopped

12 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

3/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1/4 lemon

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  2. Add the chopped pickles, dill, chives, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Gently fold everything together until evenly mixed.
  4. Taste and add salt if needed.
  5. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
