S’mores Brownies combine the classic flavors of s’mores with the rich, fudgy goodness of brownies, creating the ultimate indulgent dessert. The perfect balance of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers all baked into a single decadent treat.

Ingredients

1 box of brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the box)

1 cup of graham cracker crumbs (about 8 graham crackers)

1/4 cup of sugar

1/4 cup of melted butter

2 cups of mini marshmallows

1 cup of milk chocolate chips (or your preferred type of chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and prepare the brownie mix as instructed on the package. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Once the brownie base has baked and is still warm, sprinkle the graham cracker mixture evenly over the top. Then, add the mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips on top of the graham cracker layer.
  4. Return the brownies to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate chips have melted. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a nutty twist, add chopped walnuts or pecans to the brownie batter.
  • Swirl in some peanut butter into the brownie batter for a peanut butter-flavored version.
