Chocolate sauce or chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until fully incorporated.
