1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wooden or metal skewers (soaked if wooden)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken cubes in the mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the coated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
