Ingredients

2 cucumbers, sliced into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

2 tbsp cooked beef bits

1 pinch black pepper

1 sprinkle Old Bay seasoning

1 dash Salad Supreme seasoning

2 tbsp avocado lime ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cooked beef bits over the cucumbers.
  3. Add a pinch of black pepper, a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning, and a dash of Salad Supreme seasoning. Adjust amounts to your taste.
  4. Pour the avocado lime ranch dressing over the cucumber mixture.
  5. Stir the ingredients gently until everything is evenly coated with dressing and seasonings.
  6. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

  • Vegetarian option: omit beef bits and substitute with crispy chickpeas or toasted nuts.
  • Try cheese alternatives like feta, goat cheese, or Parmesan for different flavors.
  • Add cayenne pepper or red chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Incorporate fresh herbs such as dill, parsley, or cilantro for enhanced flavor.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day.
  • Do not freeze, as cucumbers lose texture when frozen.
