1/4 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Pat the Steak Dry: Use paper towels to dry steak cubes to enhance searing and flavor.

  • Make the Marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.

  • Add to Crockpot: Place steak in the slow cooker, pour in marinade, and stir to coat evenly.

  • Top with Butter: Distribute butter pieces over the steak mixture.

  • Slow Cook:

    • Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, or

    • HIGH for 2–3 hours until steak is tender.

  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or as an appetizer.

Notes

  • Add Veggies: Try mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers for added flavor.

  • Spicy Option: Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the marinade.

  • Alternate Cuts: Chuck roast or stew meat can be substituted.

  • Thick Sauce: Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water and add in the last 30 minutes.
