Ingredients

2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup beef broth

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.

  • Mix the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.

  • Combine in Crockpot: Add steak to the crockpot and coat with the marinade.

  • Add Butter: Dot the steak with pieces of butter.

  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until steak is tender.
