  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot: Grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or olive oil.
  • Layer the Ingredients: Spread 1/4 cup of marinara sauce at the bottom of the crockpot, then place a layer of frozen ravioli on top.
  • Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta, 2 cups of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread half of this mixture over the ravioli.
  • Repeat Layers: Add another layer of ravioli, then spread the remaining cheese mixture. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh basil or parsley on top before serving.

Notes

  • Make it meaty: Add cooked ground beef or sausage between the layers.
  • Vegetarian option: Use spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini instead of meat.
  • Spicy twist: Add red pepper flakes or spicy marinara sauce.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Microwave for 1-2 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
  • Freezing: Assemble the lasagna in a freezer-safe container, freeze before cooking, then thaw overnight and cook as directed.
