  • 2 lb London broil
  • 6 pepperoncinis
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Brown the London broil for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the browned meat to the slow cooker.
