2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
1 cup beef broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
