Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked beef, crumbled

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup frozen broccoli (optional)

1 cup cooked rice or pasta (optional for a heartier casserole)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken, cooked beef, and broccoli (if using). Mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden and melted.
