Cool Whip Cookies are an easy and delicious treat made with just three ingredients: cake mix, Cool Whip, and an egg. This simple dessert is perfect for any occasion and offers a soft, cake-like texture with endless flavor possibilities. Ingredients

  • 1 box of any flavor cake mix (chocolate, red velvet, lemon, etc.)
  • 1 - 8 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • Powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough into powdered sugar, rolling each ball until it’s coated.
  • Place the coated dough balls onto a cookie sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden on the edges.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of cake mix for these cookies, such as chocolate, red velvet, or lemon.
  • For added texture, fold in chocolate chips, sprinkles, or chopped nuts.
  • Once baked and cooled, you can glaze or frost the cookies for extra sweetness.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or refrigerate them for up to a week. These cookies can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
