Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form one large sheet. Lay it flat on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the buttered dough.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
  • While the pizza cools, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon-sugar pizza. Slice into squares or wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, you can add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts like pecans or almonds to the topping before baking.
  • If you prefer a different flavor for the glaze, try using cream cheese glaze or maple syrup glaze instead of vanilla.
  • Store leftover cinnamon-sugar pizza in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
