Ingredients

For the pizza:

  • Pizza dough
  • Cherry pie filling
  • Crumb topping (see below)
  • Sweet drizzle (see below)

For the Crumb Topping:

  • All-purpose flour
  • White granulated sugar
  • Light brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Unsalted butter

For the Sweet Icing Drizzle:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whole milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pizza Dough: Let the dough reach room temperature for 30 minutes. Lightly grease the surface with oil, press the dough into a disk, and roll it into a thin round. Use a fork to prick the dough several times.
  • Make the Crumb Topping: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, white granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles cornmeal. Set aside.
  • Make the Sweet Drizzle: Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk together. Set aside.
  • Bake the Pizza: Preheat the oven to 450°F. Blind-bake the pizza dough for 5 minutes. Once done, spread the cherry pie filling on top and sprinkle with the crumb topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  • Finishing Touches: After baking, cool slightly, drizzle the icing over the pizza, slice, and serve!
