Quick and flavorful Chicken Ranch Wraps combining grilled chicken, creamy ranch dressing, melted mozzarella, and fresh cilantro wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for busy lunches or light dinners.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts, chopped (seasoned with your favorite spices)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup cilantro, minced (optional)

4 8-inch tortillas

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Evenly distribute the chopped chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and minced cilantro (if using) onto each tortilla.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a burrito.
  4. Heat a heavy-duty pan or grill over medium heat.
  5. Lightly coat the pan with oil or cooking spray.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
