The Chicken Caesar Wrap is a delightful twist on the classic Caesar salad, combining romaine lettuce, juicy chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons in a soft tortilla for a flavorful and convenient meal.

Ingredients

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce (preferably Romaine hearts)

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)

1/3 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons, slightly crushed

4 large flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch size recommended)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well to ensure even coating.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side or microwave between paper towels for 15–30 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Lay the warmed tortillas on a clean surface and divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly like a burrito. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use spinach or whole wheat tortillas for added nutrition.
  • Substitute chicken with grilled tofu or chickpeas for a vegetarian version.
  • Ensure the lettuce is dry to prevent sogginess.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day; best consumed fresh.
