Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 large eggs

3/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried)

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan, ensuring all crevices are well-coated.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the sour cream and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir in the melted butter until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  5. In another bowl, mix the grated cheddar, Parmesan, parsley, and oregano.
  6. Layer dough and cheese filling in the Bundt pan, starting and ending with dough.
  7. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
