Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (for drizzle)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil and drain lasagna noodles.
  3. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. Prepare the ricotta mixture by combining ricotta cheese and egg.
  5. Make béchamel sauce with butter, flour, milk, and seasonings.
