Ingredients

  • 8 oz mozzarella balls, drained
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup marinated olives (green and Kalamata)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts, marinated and chopped
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange dough in a circle with points facing outward, leaving a small gap in the center.
  • Layer the mozzarella, provolone, and cheddar cheeses inside the dough circle.
  • Add marinated olives, halved cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and chopped artichokes. Sprinkle with basil and parsley.
  • Fold dough points over the filling to form a wreath shape. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra herbs if desired.

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For a spicier wreath, add jalapeño slices or crushed red pepper flakes.
  • The wreath can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
