This Carnivore Loaded Chicken Salad is a high-protein, low-carb dish packed with tender chicken, creamy mayonnaise, sour cream, and savory beef. Perfect for those following a carnivore diet, it's rich, satisfying, and easy to prepare in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11.5 oz) canned chicken
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • Cooked and chopped beef pieces
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Parsley or dill for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  • Drain the Chicken – Strain the canned chicken using a fine mesh strainer, pressing down to remove excess liquid.
  • Mix Base Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the drained chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, and garlic. Stir well.
  • Add Protein and Cheese – Fold in the cooked beef pieces and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Combine and Serve – Mix until well blended. Serve on its own or with carnivore-friendly bread.

Notes

  • For a fresher taste, use shredded, freshly cooked chicken instead of canned.
  • Different cheeses like gouda, mozzarella, or parmesan can add variety.
  • For extra flavor, add fresh chives, dill, or tarragon.
