Canned Chicken Pizza Crust is a high-protein, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza dough, perfect for keto and carnivore diets. Made with just canned chicken, egg, and Parmesan cheese, this easy gluten-free crust is quick to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces (280g) canned chicken, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ounce (30g) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare Chicken: Drain canned chicken and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes to remove moisture.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine dried chicken, Parmesan, and egg. Mix well.
  • Shape the Crust: Increase oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). Spread the mixture into a thin, even layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the Crust: Bake for 10 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  • Add Toppings & Bake Again: Add desired toppings and bake for another 7-10 minutes until toppings are cooked.
