Ingredients

  • 400 grams mini marshmallows (1 bag)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 300 grams butterscotch chips (1 bag)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in butterscotch chips until completely melted.
  • Place the marshmallows in a large bowl and pour the melted butterscotch mixture over them. Stir gently to coat the marshmallows.
  • Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch dish lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes (overnight for firmer squares).
  • Once chilled, cut into 24 squares and serve.
