Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs (one extra for extra gooeyness)
  • Ingredients called for on the brownie mix box (typically water, oil, and additional eggs)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spray your muffin pans generously with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding one extra egg for extra gooeyness.
  • Spoon the brownie batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 of the way.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. It should come out slightly moist but not wet.
  • Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Use a butter knife to carefully loosen and remove them.
