Blueberry Delight, also known as Blueberry Yum Yum, is a no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust, a creamy cream cheese filling, blueberry pie filling, and a Cool Whip topping. It's easy to make and perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 14 large graham crackers)

1/3 cup granulated sugar

10 tablespoons butter, melted

1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 16 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed and divided

2 21 oz cans blueberry pie filling

Additional graham cracker crumbs for garnish (if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Using a stand or hand mixer, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and half of the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  3. Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and, if desired, sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. For best results, let it chill overnight.

Notes

  • This dessert can be made ahead of time and chilled overnight for best results.
  • You can substitute blueberry pie filling with other fruit fillings like strawberry, cherry, or raspberry.
  • If you don't have Cool Whip, substitute with homemade whipped cream.
  • For a twist on the graham cracker crust, try using shortbread cookies, vanilla wafers, or a pretzel crust.
