Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour your Bundt or tube pan.
  • Beat the butter, shortening, and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
