Craving the iconic flavors of a Big Mac but seeking a quicker, handheld option? These Big Mac Wraps deliver seasoned beef, pickles, lettuce, cheese, and a zesty sauce in a soft tortilla—perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles

1 teaspoon white vinegar

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ cup chopped white onion, divided

4 soft taco-sized flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, vinegar, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make the special sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with half of the chopped onions until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread each with a generous amount of special sauce. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked beef, remaining chopped onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and additional pickles if desired.
  4. Fold each tortilla into a wrap, securing the fillings inside. Serve immediately.
