Ingredients

4 cups cubed watermelon

1 cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
