Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole is a creamy, cheesy comfort food dish made with layers of spaghetti, meat sauce, and melty cheese, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti

1 lb lean ground beef

1 (24 oz) jar spaghetti sauce

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain.
  3. While the spaghetti cooks, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the drained spaghetti, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and pasta is well coated.
  5. Spread a small amount of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Layer the cream cheese-coated spaghetti over the meat sauce in the dish.
  7. Top with the remaining meat sauce.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
