Apple Delight is an easy, no-bake dessert with layers of buttery graham cracker crust, cream cheese, whipped topping, apple pie filling, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for any occasion, it’s a beginner-friendly treat that requires only 20 minutes of prep time.
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
½ cup chopped pecans
Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish. Freeze while preparing the filling.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping and spread the mixture over the chilled crust.
Add the Apple Filling: Evenly spread the apple pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Top with Whipped Topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the apple layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish and Serve: Before serving, sprinkle chopped pecans over the dessert and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired. Serve chilled.
If you prefer a nut-free version, simply omit the pecans.
For a homemade touch, you can use homemade apple filling instead of canned.
To make a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers for the crust.
