Ingredients

2 pounds Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon paprika

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
