Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup tomato pasta or pizza sauce, heated

Instructions

  • Cut an 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper and place it in the bottom of your air fryer basket.
  • Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • Place 3 slices of pepperoni in the center of each triangle, slightly overlapping. Top each with about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll each triangle, starting at the shortest side and rolling towards the opposite point.
  • Place four crescent rolls point-side down on the parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Cover the remaining crescent rolls with plastic wrap and refrigerate them.
  • Set the air fryer to 300°F and cook the first batch for 6 minutes. Flip each roll using tongs, then cook for an additional 4-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining crescent rolls.
  • Serve warm with heated pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms to customize the recipe.
  • If you'd prefer a different cheese, try swapping mozzarella for a blend of Italian cheeses or cheddar.
  • For extra flavor, brush the dough with garlic butter or sprinkle Italian seasoning on top before air frying.
  • To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
