  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine steak strips with honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and olive oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Arrange the steak strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Brush the steak strips with extra honey glaze and air fry for another 2 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice.

Notes

  • Spicy Kick: Add ½ tsp red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha.
  • Garlic Butter Finish: Toss the cooked steak in melted garlic butter for extra richness.
  • Low-Carb Option: Serve with cauliflower rice or steamed veggies.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
