Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups raw almonds (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla extract together.
  • Add the almonds to the egg mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • In another bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, and cinnamon.
