Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook: Place seasoned cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  4. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter and honey (if using).

  5. Toss and Serve: Once cauliflower is crispy and golden, toss with buffalo sauce. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to seasoning for extra crispiness.

  • To make it vegan, use dairy-free butter and check that your buffalo sauce is vegan.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat in the air fryer for best texture.

  • Can be baked instead at 425°F for 25-30 minutes.

  • Perfect with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce.
