These 3-ingredient healthy chocolate banana cookies are a delicious and guilt-free treat. Made with ripe bananas, oats, and unsweetened cacao, they’re gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free. Customize with mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor!

Ingredients

2 very ripe large bananas

1 cup of quick oats (gluten-free if needed)

2 small tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder

Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, raisins, coconut flakes, flax seeds, vanilla, diced raspberries, dried cranberries, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with non-stick foil or parchment paper.

  • Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.

  • Mix in the cacao powder and quick oats, stirring until the dough forms.

  • Fold in any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits.

  • Scoop dough into 15 clumps and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten each with your hands.

  • Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
