2 very ripe large bananas
1 cup of quick oats (gluten-free if needed)
2 small tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder
Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, raisins, coconut flakes, flax seeds, vanilla, diced raspberries, dried cranberries, etc.
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with non-stick foil or parchment paper.
Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
Mix in the cacao powder and quick oats, stirring until the dough forms.
