These TikTok Parmesan-Crusted Roasted Potatoes are a crispy, cheesy twist on traditional roasted potatoes. The combination of golden Parmesan cheese and soft Yukon Gold potatoes creates a perfect balance of textures, while the garlic and herb seasoning adds extra flavor.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 (24 ounce) package baby Yukon Gold potatoes, halved

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 ½ teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or nonstick pan and melt in the oven, about 4 minutes.
  3. Score potatoes about 1/4-inch deep in a diamond pattern and set aside.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven, cool slightly (about 2 minutes), then stir Parmesan, garlic seasoning, and salt into the butter to form a paste.
  5. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the Parmesan paste on the cut side of each potato and arrange cut-side down in the pan.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender and the Parmesan forms a golden crust.
  7. Let potatoes rest for 5 minutes before using a spatula to release them from the pan.
