Pull-apart pizza bread is a cheesy, savory, and fun-to-eat dish made with biscuit dough, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a flavorful garlic butter finish. Perfect for sharing at any gathering.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

24 ounces flaky biscuit dough (two 12-ounce cans), cut into quarters

16 ounces block mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes

1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and kosher salt.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the biscuit dough pieces with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Layer half of the biscuit dough pieces into the bundt pan, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit dough, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  6. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter mixture over the top of the bread.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with a side of marinara or pizza sauce for dipping!
