Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful fusion of cinnamon rolls and peach cobbler, featuring soft, fluffy dough filled with spiced, juicy peaches and topped with creamy frosting.

Ingredients

1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

4 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add granulated sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix until combined, then knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix diced peaches with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the peach filling evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll up tightly and cut into 12 equal slices. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until creamy.
  9. Drizzle the frosting over the warm rolls before serving.

  • To make ahead, refrigerate assembled rolls overnight and bake fresh in the morning.
  • Try adding nuts or experimenting with different spices for variation.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
