Ingredients

½ cup marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme

⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup key lime juice (bottled is fine)

1 tbsp lime zest, plus extra for garnish

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together marshmallow fluff, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. Cover the dip and chill for at least one hour, or up to 24 hours for a more developed flavor.
  5. Before serving, top with extra lime zest for an extra pop of citrus flavor.
  6. Serve with a variety of dipping options such as strawberries, pineapple, graham crackers, Nilla wafers, or animal crackers.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
  • The dip can be made ahead of time and chilled for up to 24 hours.
  • If needed, substitute marshmallow fluff with cream cheese or a whipped topping for a different texture and flavor.
  • This dip can be served with gluten-free dippers if required.
  • For a more tangy twist, swap some or all of the whipped cream for Greek yogurt.
  • Try using lemon or orange juice and zest for a different citrus flavor.
