This Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that combines all the bold flavors of buffalo chicken wings in a dip form. It’s quick to make using rotisserie chicken and is perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie preferred)

8 oz softened cream cheese

2/3 cup sour cream

2/3 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 diced green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir to coat the chicken and set aside.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy.
  4. Add the buffalo chicken, green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x9 baking pan.
  6. Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve with chips, baguette slices, crackers, or celery. Garnish with additional green onions, parsley, or blue cheese crumbles if desired.
