Ingredients

4 potatoes, cut into ½" cubes

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or ½ teaspoon dried)

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into ½" cubes.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter and oil.

  3. Once the skillet is hot, add the chopped potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
