A creamy, tangy, and flavorful dip made with cream cheese, dill pickles, and seasonings, perfect for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons pickle juice
  • ¼ cup diced dill pickle
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. If using sour cream, add it to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Add pickle juice, diced dill pickles, sweet relish, dried dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. If refrigerating, let the dip sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Enjoy with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies!
