These Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips are a quick and easy dessert snack made with simple pantry staples. Crispy, sweet, and lightly spiced, they’re perfect for satisfying cravings without the guilt of deep-frying.

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and brush the tops with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously over the tortillas.
  4. Using a pizza cutter or knife, slice the tortillas into triangle-shaped chips.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  7. Transfer the chips to a wire rack and let them cool completely to maintain crispness.

Notes

Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber and a nutty flavor.

Add nutmeg or pumpkin spice to the cinnamon sugar for a seasonal twist.

Brown sugar can be used instead of granulated sugar for a caramel flavor.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel after air frying for extra indulgence.

Store in an airtight container and re-crisp in air fryer if needed.
