A creamy, flavorful pasta salad that brings together the classic ingredients of a club sandwich. It includes rotini pasta, chicken, beef, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese, all tossed in a tangy, creamy dressing.

Ingredients

3 cups rotini pasta, cooked and cooled

1½ cups cooked chicken breast, chopped

4 strips cooked beef, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

¼ cup red onion, finely diced

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken breast, crumbled beef, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
