Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a delectable, healthy, and no-bake treat featuring creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a rich chocolate coating, perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and drop them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters. This will yield about 10 clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet with the clusters in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours until fully frozen and solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating it thoroughly.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated clusters back onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt over the clusters.
  7. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few more minutes to let the chocolate harden and the yogurt solidify.
  8. Once set, the clusters are ready to enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond milk-based yogurt.
  • Try substituting strawberries with other fruits like raspberries, blueberries, or bananas.
  • If you prefer a darker flavor, opt for dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
  • You can substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar if preferred.
  • Top with crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or granola for added texture.
