Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 packet taco seasoning

8 oz spaghetti

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup water

Salt and pepper to taste

Sour cream, for serving (optional)

Sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
