Ingredients

½ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  2. Brush the melted butter evenly over both sides of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the buttered tortillas.
  4. Use a pizza cutter to slice each tortilla into wedges.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. Transfer the chips to a plate or wire rack to cool. They will crisp up as they cool.
  8. Serve and enjoy.

Add a dash of nutmeg or pumpkin spice to the cinnamon sugar for a seasonal twist.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel for extra indulgence.

Serve with sweet dips like vanilla yogurt, whipped cream, or fruit salsa.

Store in an airtight container after fully cooled to keep chips crispy.
