Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps are a fun and lighter twist on the classic cheeseburger. With ground beef, melted cheese, pickles, and a crispy tortilla shell, these wraps are quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp yellow mustard

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices American cheese

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Then, add ketchup and mustard, mixing until combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat. Place a slice of American cheese, then a scoop of the beef mixture, shredded cheddar, pickles, and tomatoes (if using). Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces of your choice.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with a plant-based meat alternative.
  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Feel free to experiment with different cheeses such as provolone or mozzarella.
  • To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For a healthier option, you can use whole wheat tortillas.
